Open Without Closure 04/01/06 Whilst thoughts collect Verses go here and there Nothing comes together My heart I need to repair Trying to fill in the blank I have empty space blues With poems incomplete The frustration continues Intervals and line breaks While still feeling despair Lacking the parts I need Poems I left up in the air Sinking upon every sigh I am open without closure No verse could illustrate My break down exposure

Imagination Was Captivating 04/14/06 Whilst sharing imaginations Thoughts much like me Our minds always pictured Every romantic fantasy Visualizing brought us close Feelings we transposed Every scene was imagined Our minds never closed Revealed in secret fantasies With endless possibilities In our own world of intimacy Minds viewed seductively We created our own pleasure While shedding inhibitions Imagination was captivating Laid bare in loving visions

How Was I To Know 04/30/06 I had not been prepared For this bumpy ride How was I to know I would be swept aside It came without warning No sign in advance How was I to know I never had that chance Enticed by the pleasure Being foolishly led How was I to know I believed what he said For the past nine years I trusted as a friend How was I to know He was playing pretend We never said goodbye Still I feel torn apart How was I to know He would break my heart

What You Already Know 05/15/06 Recurring many times Endless longings repeat Love written in rhymes Outpours on a heartbeat My yearning continued While emotions reiterate I often wrote I love you But do feelings translate Its the ache of longings Which I could not ignore I had written it all down But it's been said before What you already know Notes I sent continuously Words of longing I write In love flowing repeatedly

As I Embraced Every Note 05/30/06 In whispering thoughts Fingers played magically Through the night he sang Love enchanted harmony My heart began to soar Upon his serenade I float Loving words I caressed As I embrace every note Over each musical chord Upon his guitar he strums Dreams lovingly attuned The night sensually hums Notes sang to my heart With the sweetest refrain Tender touches I beckon Come and play me again Fingers gliding blissfully Played in rhythms I adore I lingered on the feelings While I await the encore

A Few Of The Simple Pleasures 06/17/06 Share the simple pleasures Felt by the holding of hands Hugs from the one you love Strolling upon golden sands Watching a sunset descend Bathed in the warming glow Gaze at the arching colors In the spectrum of a rainbow As pink and lavender blends In changing color of twilight View silver moonlight above The sky glistening in starlight Cascading flow of a waterfall Streams that meander along While flying from tree to tree Larks happily singing a song A few of the simple pleasures Beauty of nature is all around Take the time,look and listen Its in color sights and sound

With No Doubt In My Mind 06/30/06 It's the strangest feeling Being emotionally drained Longing got me nowhere My heart lovingly remained I had outpoured emotions By having written how I feel Writing helps many times Yet I wonder if time will heal Still I feel you deep within This was all my own making Longing to hear from you Is emotionally heartbreaking While the heart still yearns Patience helped me through With no doubt in my mind I Know I can never forget you

Where Have They Gone 07/11/06 I pondered the question It was a difficult one When I have written Where have emails gone Sent email across wires Whenever I connect Have they been read The address was correct The email had no replies Across the cybersea Are they tossed aside None got returned to me I have no way of knowing Were emails rejected How could I ever know If any had been collected My keep in touch letters I had sent to someone Was email left for dead With my name written on

I Liken Them To A Kiss 07/28/06 My Heart hungered You know of my need As I loved the taste Of the words you feed Your words I absorb Love I sate and savor In juicy sweet words With sensuous flavor Quenching my thirst They delight and excite I liken them to a kiss In whetting my appetite Pleasures I immerse Words I lovingly caress Sating on the desire Dripping in tenderness
