If I Happen To Cross Your Mind 08/12/04 Knowing me inside and out You never needed a clue Within every poem I penned My heart I opened for you Whatever was upon my mind I always expressed openly By sharing you in my thoughts You became special to me Supportive words exchanged Letters shared intimately Heartfelt messages were met We had friendship harmony Wondering if you ever ponder The fond memories I recall Whenever my heart joined you I gave my best and gave it all Hoping my thoughts still count As I continue reaching out If I happen to cross your mind You knew me inside and out

Maybe I Shall Never Know 10/04/04 Thoughts are all I asked for Yet seems so hard to find Silence tells me nothing I cannot read your mind The lack of communication Avoidance is plain to see Confused by the silence I longed for some clarity So many mixed messages I attempted to sort through Am I being pushed away Was your silence the clue Thoughts we used to share It now seems so long ago I wonder what happened Maybe I shall never know

With Love We Light The Way 12/04/04 Its always assuring to know Although distance apart As we journey though life We remain near in our heart Hearts given understanding We shall always be there The journeys we embark As friends with love and care In the timeless togetherness On each destiny we chart Upon every journey taken Love continues heart to heart As hearts reach far and wide On paths we go each day We travel on life's journeys With our love we light the way

Would Words Strike A Chord 01/03/05 You're out there somewhere Yet the only place I can find Was in my constant thoughts Here forever upon my mind Your letters kept me hoping I read them a million times Yet since you became silent I wrote missing you rhymes To the one that inspired me I have missed you so much Wherever you might be now I'm longing to keep in touch Hoping to break the silence In a passionate plea to you Would words strike a chord I am always hopeful they do

Unable To Write The End 01/18/05 I had written of our love So much in the past Only recently realizing Good things never last Yet sounds of my heart Echoed the yearning Nothing could replace Your love not returning Silence is hard to bare It only left me in doubt Where did the love go After all I had given out Each heart written letter Undying love penned Here I was still clinging Unable to write the end
